Bank of India Assistant General Manager Recruitment

Recruitment of Assistant General Manager (Economist) 
Scale-V Post Code-003 and for the post of Economist 
Scale – IV Chief Manager Post Code -004. 

The eligibility criteria for the aforesaid posts have been relaxed and the last date of receipt of application for the above said posts has been extended upto 26th June 2010. The revised requirement of qualification and experience is as below :

Post Code No. 003 - Assistant General Manager - Economist:
(Scale V)

Eligibility Critria.
Ph D in Economics from a recognised University preferably with Econometrics as one of the subjects at Graduation or Post Graduation Level 

OR 

MBA (Finance or Economics) from a recognized University. 

Experience: The candidate Minimum 6 years of experience out of which minimum 2 Years
Experience in Economic Research as Economist / Chief Economist / Investment Advisor in a Bank / Financial Institution/Government organisation/reputed organisations in private sector. 

The prospect should have experience in forecasting analysing business indicators, environmental scanning, building up of data bank, econometric example and industrial profiles. 


Post Code No. 004 - Economist (Scale – IV) 

Eligibility criteria 
Ph.D in Economics from a recognised University preferably with Econometrics as one of the subjects at Graduation or Post Graduation Level
OR 
MBA (Finance or Economics) from a recognized University.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience out of which minimum 2 Years
Experience in economic research as Economist / Chief Economist in a Bank / Financial Institution/Government organisation/reputed organisations in private sector. 

The candidate should have experience in forecasting analysing business indicators, environmental scanning, and building up of data bank, econometric models and industrial profiles.
