School of Destance Education Coibatore invites candidates for admission to the B.Ed. Programme through School of Distance Education for the year 2010. The Institute Approved by Distance Education Council (DEC), New Delhi and National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bangalore

DEC B.E.D 2010 Selection process:
Based on the performance in the entrance examination and Tamil nadu state government communal reservation norms.

Duration: 2 YEARS

DEC B.E.D 2010 Eligibility criteria 
 The Candidates serving in recognized schools with a minimum of two years of teaching experience are eligible for admission to the programme 

(ii) The Candidate must be UG or PG in any one of the following subjects: (Tamil, English, History, Geography. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, and Computer Science.) P.G. - Economics, Commerce, Home Science both U.G. and P.G. must be in the same subject.

DEC B.E.D 2010 How to Apply
The Application form can be obtained by cash payment or by Post from 24-11-2008 on requisition with a cost of Rs. 500/- in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Director, School of Distance Education” and payable at Coimbatore and self-addressed stamped envelope to the value of Rs.50/-. The envelope may be superscribed as “Application for B.Ed.”
