Government Fruit Preservation And Canning Institute (Department of Horticulture and Food Processing, U.P.) 18-B, Ashok Marg, Lucknow offers 2-year Post Graduate Associateship Course in Fruit and Vegetable Technology session.

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Science or Agriculture with Chemistry as one of the subjects with at least 45% marks in aggregate (Those students who have obtained Grades, they have to submit conversion table for converting the grade into percentage).
Age: Candidate must be between 20 and 25 years as on 1st February of the year of admission. Selection is made on merit of marks obtained in previous examinations followed by an objective test and interview which is held during April at the Institute premises. Reservations as per U.P. Govt. Rule.
Application forms can be had in person or by post from the Officer-In-Charge (Trg.) Govt. Fruit Preservation & Canning Institute, Lucknow, on payment of requisite charges. Hostel facilities available on first come first serve basis.
