In the first two years of program, students have to study these subjects:

7. Legal Language
8. History of Courts

In the next 3 years the main subjects students have to study:
1. Torts
2. Contracts
3. Family law
4. Labour laws
5. Constitutional law
6. Property law
7. Law of Crimes
8. International law
9. Interpretation of statutes
10. Alternate dispute resolution

3 Year Law Course (Approved by Bar Council of India - Status of Approval: Deemed)
5 Year Law Course (Approved by Bar Council of India - Status of Approval: Approved)


Eligibility Criteria:

(i) The Candidate should have passed 10+2 with 45% marks
(ii) Those students with more than 40 % marks and less than 45 % marks will have to appear in Common Eligibility Exam.
(iii) 50 % seats are reserved for students residing in Maharashtra.
