Since its inception in 2003, the IIT Global Alumni Conference has been a premier business event, bringing together industry visionaries, thought leaders and IIT alumni from across the globe. PanIIT extends invitations to IIT alumni to come and be a part of the PanIIT Global Conference.To facilitate better travel for the IITians, PanIIT 2008 has launched the 'Freedom Package' to ensure easy travel, accommodation and registration facilities for its participants during the 2008 Global Conference.
Events
This year we expect over 3000 IIT Alumni from India and across the world to attend the event.
What are the different projects initiated by PanIIT under its nation-building exercise?
(i) PanIIT is currently pursuing five nation-building projects:
(ii) IITians for ITI provides technical / vocational education by creating institutions similar to the IITs.
(iii) Indo-US collaboration for Engineering Education (IUCEE) seeks to create an Engineering Faculty institute for fostering Curriculum collaboration, R&D, Quality Accreditation and Entrepreneurship Education.
(iv) Parikrma aims to transform the lives of under-served children in one generation by following 360° support to a child – by providing Nutrition, Family Care & Healthcare in addition to Education.
Reach 4 India helps rural people gain employment.
(v) SEED (Stimulating Education & Enhancing Development) provides e-learning to stimulate economic development.
