How to apply for UPPGMEE 2011
Application form and Prospectus can be obtained from State Bank of India, Medical College Branch at Agra, Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Jhansi, Kanpur, Meerut& Main Branch, Hazratganj, Lucknow on cash payment of Rs. 800/- plus Bankcharges Rs.22/- only.
The application form also can be downloaded from the website and Submit the complete application along with all required documents and DD before the last date of the Receipt application from
