Every year a large number of management aspirants apply for XAT to get admission in post graduate program in management at XLRI or other good institutes where XAT is applicable. XLRI Jamshedpur was founded in 1949. Xavier Labour Research Institute, Jamshedpur Conducts a entrance exam “XAT” for admission to Post Graduate Management Programs of XLRI, Jamshedpur and 60 other management institutes. After CAT and MAT, XAT is the most popular entrance exam for management aspirants.

Eligibility Criteria  
The Candidate should have passed graduate Degree from any recognized university with Best Previous Educational Record 
Appearing in their bachelor Degree in final year may also apply


Pattern of Examination  
XAT exam Duration is 140 minutes and Divided in 200 objective type questions and an essay of 250-300 words.
Sections for the Objective questions is English-80 questions, Reasoning and Quantitative Ability-60 questions, General Awareness-60 questions.

How to apply  
The application from and Information Prospectuse can be obtained by cash payment of Rs. 900/- (Rs. 600/- for SC/ST ) from XLRI Jamshedpur admission office, AXIS Bank and it can be also obtained by sent DD of Rs. 850/- drawn in favour of "XLRI Jamshedpur A/c XAT" payable at Jamshedpur. 
The Application from also can be downloaded from the XLRI website and Submit the complete fill-up application from along with all Required document and DD to below maintained address before the last date of Submission.
