DR Manmohan Singh Scholarships at ST.John’s College CAMBRIDGE

ST.JOHN’S COLLEGE CAMBRIDGE provides the D.R. Manmohan Singh Scholarship.
It is a graduate and Honorary Fellow of St John’s College. In honour of Dr Singh St John’s College is launching the Dr Manmohan Singh Scholarships. These awards will enable academically outstanding Indian students to come to St. John’s College, University of Cambridge to study for doctoral degrees in subjects like Science & Technology, Economics and Social Sciences. Applications in Aerospace Engineering, Marine Engineering and Energy Studies will be of particular interest. The British Council, a leader in administering scholarship programmes, will manage the application process.

The scholarship covers the amount for the following:


1. Academic Fee

2. International Airfare

3. Monthly Stipend to cover living expenses

4. UK Visa


Eligibility:

An Indian National with a valid Indian Passport, below 35 years till 31 December 2008 and holding master degree from reputed/recognised India university/ institution with a First Class award.
