Module I: Management Processes – What do we mean by management processes? Importance of strategy, mission, goals and objectives. Integrating managerial roles and managerial skills. Importance of social skills in global market. Developing managerial skills.

Module II: Individuals and Organizations – Individual Differences in Ability and Personality and their Effect on OB, Ability-job-fit, Personality and Congruent Occupations. Perception: Concept, Factors Influencing Perception, Halo and Horn Effects. Organizations: concept, nature and types of organization. Globalization & High Performance organizations. Individual Organization Adaptation Process.

Module III: Values, Attitudes, Motivation and Job Performance: Concept, Motivation Process, Content and Process Models of Motivation, Motivating Performance through Job Design. Values and Attitudes: Nature Source, Types, Attitude Change, Job Satisfaction and its Determinants. High Performance job design.

Module IV: Group Dynamics & Leadership : Groups: Types, Stages of development, Sociometry, Understanding work teams, problem solving and conflict resolution in teams, High performance work-teams. Leadership: theories and applications, trust & leadership.
