 A Unique feature of the university is the Development of the Department of Bio-Medical Engineering and a Resource Laboratory for active research in Molecular Biology. The university is the present body to 28 Medical & Dental Colleges, 07 Institutes of post graduate education, 20 Allied Health Sciences and 05 post graduate Nursing Colleges. The University was established in the year 1941. Lahore is the city of 8 million, and also the educational seat of Pakistan. The mission of University of Health Sciences is to revolutionize medical education and health research.
