Jawaharlal Nehru University invites applications from all the Students who Wants to take admission in Masters of Biotechnology program. The admission in the prescribed course will be done on the basis of Combined Biotechnology Entrance Examination CBEE which will be conducted by the university itself on 18 May, 2010. Eligibility Criteria :
The Candidate should have passed B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering/Biochemical Engineering, Industrial Biotechnology, Leather Technology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, B. Pharma, Chemical Technology, OR M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Biophysics, Microbial Genetics and Bioinformatics. (Also B.Tech/B.E in Electrochemistry, Bioengineering and M.Sc. in Chemistry & Physics in case of Anna University; M.Sc in Marine Biotechnology, Marine Biology/Aquatic Biology & Fisheries, Environmental Biotechnology in case of Cochin University of Science and Technology and M.Sc. in Bioengineering in case of West Bengal University of Technology) with 60% marks.
