APSC 2010 
State Information Commissioner, Assam, BK Gohain has directed the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) any other authority for selection of candidates for any posts or in the case of HSLC/HSSLC/ University examinations to furnish photocopies of answer scripts and mark sheets to Safique Uz Zaman, Asrafuz A Zaman and Nilav Dev Goswami, who had appeared in the competitive. This was stated in an official communication issued to the media.

Agriculture & Animal Husbandry & Vety Science 
The Engineering subjects not more than one subject


Reservation of APSC 2010
The percentages of reservations as prescribed by the Govt. of Assam are as follows:

STP 10%
STH 5%
OBC/MOBC 27%
Physically Handicapped 3% (subject to condition prescribed by the Govt.)
Women 30% (against reserved and unreserved categories)

Departmental Examination of APSC 2010
The APSC also has to conduct Departmental Examinations in every six month for different categories of Govt. For this purpose, APSC advertises seeking applications from the intending candidates through all leading news papers of Assam. officers including All India Service Officers serving under the Govt. of Assam.
